With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, I’ve done it all — from leading multi-million-pound hotel developments to owning and operating my own fine dining restaurant. My passion lies in exceptional service, presentation, luxury experiences, and uncompromising quality.
I’ve worked across every department of hotels and restaurants, including the kitchen, where cooking remains one of my greatest loves. My approach is grounded in a deep respect for the customer experience — customer service is, and always will be, my number one priority.

Our buffets are tailored to suit every occasion — and every budget.
Prices start from just £12.50 per person, with no upper limit.
The presentation, variety, and creativity of your buffet remain the same — what changes is the quality of the produce used.
For example, a buffet at £12.50 per person may include everyday ingredients and basic breads, while a higher budget (£18.95 or £23.50 per person) allows us to source premium, freshly prepared produce and artisanal bakery items.
Optional Additions:
Arrival drink & canapés – just £3.50 per person
